Hire yourself….I had a DUI for the 2nd time, and obviously this was self inflicted, however, I was told that there was a good probability that the state would give me a lesser charge. Against my OWN better judgment, I hired this money guzzling office…HUGE MISTAKE.

First of all, the option for this second DUI was for me to do jail time (less than a month and if I WERE YOU- whoever you are, I’d just take the jail time and come out $6,000 richer because more than likely, that’s what’s going to happen to you anyway after fighting for over a year) they took their time with certain documentation that could have been prepared and submitted WELL before the date that they submitted it (i.e. mitigation packet that they held on to for over a year before submitting it to state), over $4,000 and $375 every court date afterwards ONLY for one of their lawyers to go before the judge and to tell him that they’re “still waiting” for something that they already had in their office! Encouraging you to “hurry up and get this and that done” is ALL that they are good for! Trust me, they’re out to get PAID (and miss one payment, they’ll leave you high and dry in court) no COMMUNICATION via email prior to the court dates letting you know what they’re waiting for, just “give us more money.” I warn you to RUN as fast as possible before you consider hiring their firm. The juice is not worth the squeeze…

Edit: The mitigation packet was in your office for OVER A YEAR (I gave this firm that in November of 2024), Michelle went before the judge and stated that the office hadn’t received it. WHY? The documents that your office was requesting required me to travel back and forth to Chicago and they were associated to hefty fees (again I understand that) what I didn’t understand is why one of your attorneys didn’t know that the office hadn’t the mitigation packet???? Also, I TRULY believe that your office KNEW very well that the state “wouldn’t be impressed” that’s not the issue, the issue is that you guys KNEW THAT but charged $375 anyway which is very unethical!

Jason did an excellent job on my case and I strongly recommend him for anyone who needs legal representation. He was able to get the best possible outcome for my situation and responded immediately to any questions and concerns, and had a very thorough knowledge of the process I had to go through.
