This Law Firm is willingly going against Idaho State Law with use of their parking lot and threatening to tow "unauthorized" vehicles. Idaho Code § 49-1806(1) (effective since July 1, 2026), a commercial property owner is permitted to have an unauthorized vehicle removed or booted ONLY if the REQUIRED sign is posted. The statute states that the owner may have the vehicle removed or booted IF there is posted on or near the property, in a clearly conspicuous location and in large print, a sign or notice that: Unauthorized vehicles will be removed or booted at the owner’s expense, and Designates the name of the towing firm. Which this business DOES NOT have posted. A sign with listed business hours and “Public parking” outside of those hours (which this business does have) does NOT meet the requirements to have vehicles towed. It does not warn of towing or booting at the owner’s expense and does not name the towing company. Here is the Statute for you guys so hopefully you can learn the law: 49-1806. REMOVAL or BOOTING OF UNAUTHORIZED AND ABANDONED VEHICLEs FROM REAL PROPERTY. (1) Any person having possession or control of real property, including commercial property, who finds an unauthorized vehicle standing on his property is permitted to have the vehicle removed or booted if there is posted on or near the property in a clearly conspicuous location, in large print, a sign or notice that unauthorized vehicles will be removed or booted at the owner’s expense and designating the name of the towing firm. If you're going to threaten to tow vehicles, at least follow the law and have the required posted signage. However when I received this note on my vehicle, I respectfully moved my vehicle and was parked there for no longer than two minutes in total.

This law firm may be great but do NOT use Michael Ealy, if you are female. Worst mediator on the planet. While we received a barely acceptable outcome to our lawsuit Michael Ealy was insulting & disrespectful throughout the entire mediation. A complete misogynist. Refused to make eye contact with me, did not listen to me and only spoke to my husband. When I spoke, he talked over me, only looked at my husband, only spoke to my husband & ignored my very presence despite being a party to the lawsuit. Apparently he is unaware that it is 2025 not 1955.
