I contacted Ramos Law over a week ago regarding a potential case and was told I would receive a phone call or email within 3–4 days. Unfortunately, that never happened. My initial intake experience was also disappointing. I had difficulty communicating with the intake representative because I found it challenging to understand her English, which made the conversation frustrating. For a firm that advertises bilingual services, I expected a smoother communication experience. I used to have a very positive opinion of Ramos Law, but based on my recent experience, that opinion has changed. As someone who helped launch the intake call center at Burg Simpson and has firsthand experience conducting legal intakes, I understand how important prompt follow-up, clear communication, and professionalism are. In my opinion, those expectations were not met in my experience. I hope Ramos Law reviews its intake process and customer service so future potential clients have a better experience.
