I had an extremely disturbing experience with this firm that I feel others should be aware of. An employee named Syed Shahzaib, who was handling my immigration case, crossed multiple serious professional boundaries during the course of my case.

He first sent me a friend request on Facebook, then proceeded to contact me privately on WhatsApp from his personal phone number outside of professional communication channels. The situation escalated further when he asked whether sending inappropriate photos was something I was “into.” He clearly understood this conduct was wrong, as he specifically asked to discuss it over a phone call rather than in writing, which I declined.

This behavior is completely unacceptable from someone in a position handling highly sensitive legal and personal information. This individual had access to my passport information, health records, social security number, address, and other confidential documents through my immigration file. That level of access makes this conduct even more alarming and inappropriate.

I reported the matter directly to the owner of the firm via email and, at this point, I have still not received any response regarding how this situation will be addressed. Professionalism, client safety, and confidentiality should be taken seriously in any legal or immigration setting, and this experience left me extremely uncomfortable and concerned.
