RETARDED INTAKE PROCESS! I just want to get my first name my phone number and that my case was about a first party property insurance theft case regarding State Farm but this lady that was taking my information couldn't seem to get that and she asked me over and over if it was about flood insurance and she couldn't seem to get anything straight she didn't have any answers and eventually she hung up on me!
