⭐ 1 Star We have used Chris Raines for years, which makes our most recent experience especially disappointing. We were dealing with a matter where a $6,000 settlement offer had already been made, but that amount was well short of the approximately $14,000 we believed was necessary to make us whole. Before the $6,000 offer expired, Chris agreed to take on the case, and we relied on that commitment in deciding how to proceed. Since then, more than a month has passed. Despite numerous phone calls, emails, and messages attempting to reach Chris, we have not received a return call or any meaningful communication about the status of the matter. After years of doing business with Chris, I never expected to be in a position where I felt the need to leave a review like this. Unfortunately, when an attorney agrees to represent you on a time-sensitive matter and then becomes unreachable, it leaves you with very few options. Based on our most recent experience, I cannot recommend Chris Raines.

Christopher Raines did an excellent job representing me in my case in Hawkins County. He handled everything professionally, was thorough and well-prepared, and took the time to make sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. His hard work led to a very favorable outcome, and his fees were extremely reasonable. Christopher is knowledgeable, dependable, and a great guy all the way around.
