I came into Mr. Raine's office to get my will updated. A draft of my new will was presented to me for my inspection. After some minor tweaks and corrections were made, the final will was ready for my signature. Very professional office I recommend them.

My husband pays for legal insurance provided by MetLife through his employer. Mr. Raines is the only lawyer available on that plan. I first called on 12/30/25 and left a message. When I had not heard back by 1/5/26, I called again and left another message. They did not call back until 1/8/26 and left me a message and we finally spoke on 1/9/26 at which time I explained my situation to Carolyn and was told she would check with Mr. Raines and call me back. Received a call back on 1/12/26 and was offered a phone consultation in February. I said that was too far out and was then offered a phone consultation on 1/22/26 at 4pm. I received a call at approx. 12:15 asking if I still wanted to do the consultation at 4pm that day. I confirmed that I did. Never received a call that day or any other day. My husband has since called them to try to use this "benefit" that he pays for every month (first called on 3/6/26; his call was returned on 3/9/26) and he was offered a phone consultation on 3/23/26. We have court on 3/25/26 so that is not helpful. Mr. Raines should not be part of the MetLife legal plan if he cannot actually help the people paying for the benefit.

Chris Raines is an excellant attorney. He handle my husband case with the sell of his parents home. He took care of everything and was very helpful with all his concerns and needs. If you have a family matter that needs an attorney to handle it for you, he's the man to do it and see it thru. We have been very happy with how he handled everything.
