There’s nothing like having a team on your side to fight for you and right the wrongs, and that’s exactly what Raines Feldman was for me. You never want to turn something into a legal matter, but when you’ve exhausted all reasonable discussion, sometimes consulting a lawyer is the only option remaining. Thankfully during this difficult time, Peter Marshall and Matthew Garrett-Pate were a true blessing. I explained my situation to them, and after expressing sympathy, they carefully walked me through all of the legal options I had at my disposal. I let them know I only wanted to pursue what I felt was fair, and they were very respectful of my decision—they didn’t try to pressure me into doing something beyond my comfort zone. Once we had decided on a course of action, they spent a lot of time reviewing all the information I had sent and drafting a demand letter. The demand letter was extremely well-written and logically laid out all of the evidence backing my position. Matthew and Peter kept me constantly informed of any updates, answered my questions promptly, and always acted with the utmost professionalism. Ultimately they achieved an incredible result which I am very happy with. It was the highest point during such a low time. I am forever grateful to Peter, Matthew, and the entire firm for their help. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome or a better team.
