I would highly recommend Rahnema Law to support you going through the probate process. Working with this firm was the easiest and smoothest part of handling my family member's estate. We were out of state, but from the first phone meeting, I felt supported, listened to and confident in the professional advice I was given in contrast with the less helpful firm we began with based in Phoenix that did not carefully look at all of the paperwork and created a problem with the sale of the house. Rahnema stepped up during the holidays and went above and beyond, spending extra time on the phone, waiting for overnight packages and making special trips to the courthouse in order to resolve it for us. . Beyond the clear and helpful information, Richard was kind and encouraging throughout a hard time. He and his team were prompt and clear with information and prompt to answer any questions via email, phone or text. I appreciated the detailed notes, recaps of phone calls and reminders. Rich was great from the first time I contacted him. Our dad passed away last year and was pretty organized but had a few loose ends in his trust. Surprisingly Richard is also from Canada so he was familiar with the law there and was able to provide the financial institutions the information they needed to close the accounts out without having to go through probate. He and his team were very helpful through the entire process and I was very impressed that Richard was open to trying a few options on another account before going through probate which would have been much more costly.
