One of the attorneys of this firm originally assisted in creating some documents for me. And as part of that engagement, I was advised that I can each out at anytime to request changes. However, when I did reach out to make changes, I received the following reply. "Please be advised that we are in receipt of your written request. While we appreciate your contacting our office, we regret to inform you that we are unable to assist you with this matter. To the extent that you continue to require an attorney’s services, we encourage you to contact other counsel, and we wish you every success in your future endeavors."

ZERO STARS. ZERO COMMUNICATION. ATTORNEY. MAGICIAN. GHOST. DO NOT HIRE!!!! BEWARE!! I hired him. He’s appointed by the court to act as the executor for my mother’s estate. The paperwork he asked me to sign did NOT correlate with my mother’s Will, so I brought the discrepancy to his attention. Rather than act responsibly and remedy the situation which is what I’ve paid him to do, he hires a lawyer with my money to force me to sign paperwork which specifically conflicts with my mother’s wishes and completely breaks the Judgment of Possession issued by the court. I’d say he’s the WORST executor I could’ve hired. He’s also broken the ex parte communication rule. DON’T LET THE SILVER TONGUE AND CHEAP SUITS FOOL YOU……HE MAY AS WELL BE WEARING A SKI MASK IN MY OPINION. If you want your money and communication to disappear, this is your Magician.

I wish I had read the reviews before hiring this firm. Communication was limited entirely to email — no phone calls, no direct access. When the paralegal had a question,we exchanged five or more emails over something that a single phone call could have resolved in minutes.
Despite clearly explaining how I wanted my trust written, they were unable to follow my instructions after multiple attempts. When I tried calling, I received no response. I was offered another Zoom call with Paul, but by that point the process had become too exhausting to continue.
I ultimately had to disengage, lost my deposit, and hired a different attorney who actually got the job done. If phone accessibility matters to you, l'd recommend using a law firm that takes phone calls.

:Rabalais Law had an office in Cedar Park Texas where we had a family trust drawn up for several thousand dollars. $4985 to be exact. Part of the agreement was that we would have guaranteed lifetime support. Upon having a need for legal advie about the trust a few months later, we told that They no longer operated nor could advise in Texas. So we had to hire another, but honest and competent, attorney in Texas. I have now moved to Florida and called their number number. Could only leave a voice mail. We will see if it is returned. Buyer Beware

He is an ethical lawyer pointing out all the mistakes in an Estate Plan, so we’re waiting for the 33-year reformed Latin Law Permission Trust Administration. With on-call Sheriffs and NICER 837PC Citizens with a Validated and Certified inheritance and legacy wealth transfer that exposes and arrest Estate Plan Forgers, Trust Counterfeiters, and quit claim jumping financial elder abusing title deed thieves.
