DON'T HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!!! I hired him for a modification case and paid $5k upfront. My entire experience with him & his office was HORRIBLE! My 1st hearing had to be rescheduled cause he decided to go on vacation immediately after taking on my case, which if I knew my 1st hearing would have to be reset, I would've never retained him. When I finally had my 1st hearing he didn't even speak on my behalf & was completely unprepared & uneducated with my case. He never even called me before to prepare for the hearing. His office would file paperwork with the courts with ERRORS, most times without even communicating with me about it, or giving me a chance to review docs before submitting. I had to monitor my own case & filings myself through the court's website because the office rarely communicated. After Mr. Quinonez asked for an additional $1,500 aside from my $5k I've already paid, I requested an accounting & explanation for additional fees, & I discovered I actually had a credit on my account. Due to all the mistakes his office made, he even gave me an additional $500 credit. Despite having a credit, he still demanded additional money & never provided an explanation for what & refused to use the existing credit on my account. After I refused to pay more due to me having a credit on my account & never receiving an updated invoice showing an explanation where my current money went and where the future funds would be applied to, he refused to represent me at my final hearing & sent me notice that he was withdrawing himself from my case the day of my final hearing. He is inexperienced & UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least! I've submitted a complaint to the State Bar regarding his conduct and representation, or lack thereof. Based on my experience, he is WORTHLESS. *Claiming I was “disrespectful”because I raised concerns & pointed out the repeated errors, lack of communication, and the attorney’s lack of preparation further proves my point. Holding your firm accountable for the services I paid for is not disrespect, it’s expecting basic professionalism and competence, which you all clearly don’t have. Rather than addressing the documented issues and facts I’ve described, your response attempts to shift the blame onto me. Your response further proves how unprofessional this firm is.

Yes, I want to say the front lady staff was rude and all they wanted money for is the first consultation. Not even to ask a question or some information. Don't waste your time.

In the middle of my case, he left on a trip to Japan without any notice. No warning, no coverage plan, nothing. only to find out after the fact while my case was still active and deadlines mattered and he sent his team in coverage without plan, Completely unprofessional.

On top of that, he kept telling me I owed him money without providing clear explanations or timely invoices. Communication around billing was vague and felt more like pressure than transparency.

He also showed up late to courts, which is unacceptable when someone’s family and future are on the line. When you hire a lawyer, you expect reliability and presence and not excuses and delays.

Overall, communication was poor, accountability was lacking, and I never felt like my case was a priority. Family law is stressful enough you shouldn’t have to chase your own attorney or worry if they’re even in the country.

If you’re considering this firm, think carefully. There are better options that actually show up, communicate, and take their clients seriously.

After 3 long years Mr. Quinonez did an exceptional job during our long await to our Jury Trial. After 3 long days of being in the court Mr. Quinonez was very professional and he was prepared with what to say and how to attack the other party, while the other party had a lot of discrepancies during court proceedings and felt overwhelmed by Mr. Quinonez. Mr. Quinonez would also advise us what was going on and he was very truthful about what could happen and always asked for our opinion as well. Thanks to Mr. Quinonez our trial went very well as to his professionalism.
