				Warning to all immigrants seeking asylum in the US: beware of Fernando Quinones. This supposed 'lawyer' exploited me for $5,000, collecting monthly payments without ever providing real representation. After ten long years, his office cancelled my interview appointment, one week before my interview, feigning ignorance of my payments due to a convenient change in their computer system. Mr. Quinones's tactics are nothing short of extortion. I demand accountability for his malpractice and urge others to avoid falling prey to his scams."
