Tried to get services, I don’t have a case because i didn’t “die or suffer permanent damage.” it’s a 100k$ case, I know if i crashed out I would be the bad guy and spend my time in jail. When a hospital sends you home and almost kills you due to their negligence it’s still not a case in their eyes. What a joke, don’t count on him to represent you. All because i’m not paralyzed, brain dead or literally dead they won’t take my case. They are more worried about being paid than helping people. So if they see they won’t get paid a lot don’t count on them representing you, my difficulty swallowing happened BEFORE my surgery, all of my problems and pain where BEFORE i went into surgery just to have it downplayed. The call was recorded to let you know so no, i’m not lying. i would suggest people getting different services.

I called Mr. Quackenbush for advice on a pending legal issue. He was very candid with me and expressed his concern. He advised me to keep my money because in my situation my chances were slim to none that the outcome of what is pending will not change and it would be foolish to hire an attorney. He stated there are attorneys that would blow smoke at me and take my money knowing the outcome will not change. I know Jesses reputation and that is why I called him. He was straight forward and to the point. I highly recommend him as a criminal defense attorney. He wins.
