For one, communication is terrible, you almost always don't get call backs, then we waited 6 yrs for a very small settlement, very disappointed.

Jenny kept me sane honestly. Accident happened months ago and I barely had to think about it after the first call. Mr Nguyen explained the numbers at the end and that was it.

I had a car accident 8/25/22 and my case has not been resolved despite multiple assurances from the Pusch and Nguyen team. I signed the final settlement agreement April 2025 and was told to expect a check shortly. I have followed up with them several times over the past year to see when I could expect my check and every time I get the run around. Whenever I call, they always tell me the person I need to speak to is not available but will call me back. They never call back . I have also tried emailing many times and have been told on multiple occasions that they will speak with the accounting department and I should have a check by the end of the week. The most recent time I was told this was by Brenda in an email on 3/9/26. I never heard back. Since then, I have sent 3 follow up emails to Brenda which have all been ignored. I have called the office twice since then and was told I would get a call back, but no one ever calls me back.
