We were treated with the utmost respect and we are very happy with everything the staff did for us. And the pricing we were charged we are very happy with. It was overall a good experience.

I have found this practice to have great communication. I am understanding that when they work with me that I must CERTAINLY be one of HUNDREDS of cases. It takes time to reply to people. And I also feel if I try to organise my own paperwork it saves them time... which saves the client money. This is all common sense stuff.

They use an online system called MyCase. It makes the communication easy. When I have a hectic work schedule (as they probably do) I am able to login and see what is happening with my case. All court documents are uploaded. Even from the "other side" of the case. Just reading these on my own is enlightening on where my case stands. Beats old fashioned typewriters and phone calls. It saves me time by not having to call. If there is an update to my case... it is there. Seems to work seamlessly to me!

I have read some of the reviews on here and had to post one as I disagree with the negative reviews. Nothing happens quickly with court cases. That is the standard. The delays (in my experience) often lie with states, counties, them being backed up, and sometimes the "other side" not responding to Puryear Law in a timely manner. They have been exemplary, and I appreciate how they have helped me out.

Terrible service, Eric mail made me sit and wait for months telling me I wouldn't have to come back to court while charging me ridiculous invoices and putting time limits on me to pay them when ive gone darn near homeless trying to pay him. Inpatient, inhumane, and no consideration for what people are going through he only cares about getting his money. STAY AWAY!
