I’ve used Michelle twice, once for my divorce and again for denied visitations. She told me what to do, and I followed her instructions. While being faced with 2nd degree harassment from the ex wife’s boyfriend who is also a police officer, to the multiple denials of visitations with the sheriff deputies enforcement of those denials by given trespass warnings and harassment warnings from those deputies. I was able to stay calm under these immense amount of weaponized pressure attempts to try to prevent me from following the court order for legally attempting to see my son knowing I had an attorney who could see me through. Michelle was able to stop the multiple police harassments and involvements in the civil matters that never should have been allowed to take place.

I called in and was set up an appointment with Lauren Horsman. After a brief meeting she told me she would not be able to represent me because of a supposed 2-year statute of limitation on some things, is what i was told, without even asking the exact date of the first situation. All she heard was 2 years and she had already made up her mind. For the record it has not been 2 years since the first instance, but again she didn't try to get all the information before making a decision. The paralegal that took my call was given a brief description and she talked to Miss Horsman, and called me back the following business day to set up the appointment with the basic information. I thought attorneys base off of facts, not assumptions. If this supposed statute of limitation is actuality why even make an appointment for me to come in and waste my time?
