				Attorney Roman Walker was able to clear the charges against me for DV the case had gone on for 4 years with a previous lawyer assigned and he didn't do his job. 				Private defender provides some of the horrible attorneys out there.  I was assigned to Cherie Wallace and she offered no defense in my case.  I contacted the Private Defender for replacement but could not get hold of the Attorney of the Day after several tries over several days.  She acted worse than the Deputy D.A. and when I asked her what her defense plans and arguments were, she was absolutely silent and just looked at me like I don't want to tell you that.  As a result, she forced me out of a jury trial and made me to accept the D.A's offer while completely innocent of the charges.
