i cant even describe this guy. he made sure to have my mom placed people that drink everyday, smoke weed in front of her, and hang out with with gang members. my 77 year old mother is living in a very, very disreputable establishment, and instead of wasting time focusing on my background, he should have checked on the other partys'. first of all, i've been my mothers caretaker for 8 years (and she appointed me that position before she got sick!) nobody was there for her or i the entire eight years that i carried the responsibility of caring for both our well being. my sister has come to visit my mother no more than six times in the past 20 years. furthermore, this lawyer made sure that she be placed with my sister instead of me due to his report to the court. not once did he come check out my residence, where my mother would have her own bedroom, a gated community with lots of safe and appropriate trails for her to walk around on to help her get better and be happy. i should have had my own lawyer since david price ,the court appointed lawyer for my sister ,oh sorry my mothers court appointed lawyer,to me he was working for my sister,i was not allowed to say one word to the judge ,my first day of court judge suspended my poa for no reason,i have recommendations from my mothers doctor of 20 yrs ,social workers friends family also a nurse also have a few certificates that will help me better understand moms illness and provide better care ,but mr price had her placed with a person that has a full time job,one bedroom tiny apartment that's located in gang infested area ,the second person my sister hands my mom off to has four little kids and active gang members but he checks my background yes i have been to jail i.ve learned from my past mistakes that should have not been main focus its not going to effect the way i take care of my mother,life is almost great,when i get mom back it then it will be .i'm going to do what ever i can until she is back where she wants to be,so thank you mr price for helping place my mom with people that don't care about nothing but to spend the little cash that she gets every month,they will never have proof of where its being spent by the way i do have proof of where her cash was spent when she was home with me,i know you don't care where she ends up you just want to move to the next case soon as you can so when you go to sleep just think i placed this lady with the wrong people cause that what you did mr price this is not a made up story its not right for this to happen this way if its lawyer out there that can help me proceed to the next step that would be great.

This guy is by far the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. He was very unprofessional and failed to meet the standard of care in my particular case. Not only did he bill me for time which he never spent working on my case, but he admitted to discussing my personal financial matters with the judge and opposing counsel in closed quarters (yes, he himself told me this!). He failed to communicate with me, causing me to miss a court date. Heck, he showed up 3 hours late to our first court date and that is only because I tracked him down.

I had also hired him to represent me in an unrelated traffic matter and after four court appearances, the best deal he could negotiate was twice as bad than the deal the court had offered me when I represented myself. Keep in mind, each court appearance is an average of $1,000 down the drain in professional fees. Absolutely disgusting.

I fired him. Unfortunately, due to his carelessness, unprofessionalism, and overall poor knowledge of the legal system - I lost the first case. On the traffic case, I ended up doing my own legal research, proved DMV never notified me of a license suspension, and got the case dismissed - yes, all on my own.

Looking back, I would have been so much better off without this guy. He is a disgrace to his profession. Epic Fail.
