My husband went through them for a settlement. They were good with communication up until he got his settlement. Now that they already got paid in his installments are coming once A year they want to make it a big deal about him getting his money because they already got paid. Spoke to the owner. She was disrespectful hung up on the bank. Do not recommend do not go through them.

I was a lead representative for the omnidata lawsuit. We were winning in federal court. They decided to incorporate 19 other leads . They were all about me. They hardly contacted me. They file it my claim form. I couldn't get in it. Now they got paid and I'm struggling to find paperwork that they had in the beginning. Worst experience in my life. Now I'm a fraud risk. I can't get anything. Thank you guys glad you all came up off of me.

My experience with Potter Handy has been extremely concerning. I hired them regarding the AT&T class action in regards to the data breach, matter believing they were acting in my best interest, but it now appears they wanted clients to take the opt-out route benefiting the firm far more than it benefited clients. The AT&T class action fee structure was around one-third, while their retainer called for 40% plus costs, which can come up to 46% to 50%, close to half of a client’s recovery. What I did not clearly understand ( they didn't make clear)at the time was that opting out could mean giving up class action settlement payment rights which is far less than what their firm will be receiving. That consequence should have been made much more clearer. Communication was also poor, and I had to keep pressing just to get basic information about my case status. My advice is to find another law firm that will be more transparent about why they are recommending a particular strategy, what percentage they will actually take, what costs may be added on top, and what rights you may be giving up before you sign anything.

For the past year and a half I have been asking for an update on my claim and am getting no responses to my emails or to the voicemails I have left.
