				Contacted Mr. Moye concerning legal matters due to a family members death and changing deeds to the real estate. Because the family member didn't have a will, the process was supposed to go thru probate court. He never mentioned the probate process therefore there was no legal transfer of the other 50% of the deeds happened. He asked myself and other family members to come to his office and sign "Affidavits of Descent" and "Quitclaim Deeds" which I later found out were meaningless and useless because probate wasn't involved. He mailed a letter to my mom informing her of the affidavits and addressing us to her as "your boys", as opposed to "your son's ". We all signed the affidavits and deeds without the presence of a notary! By no stretch, should Mr. Moye be considered a good legal advisor.

				I’ve always have had good outcomes with this law firm. My primary attorney has been James Moye. I started consulting with him during Desert Shields/Desert Storm, when the Gulf War started in 1991. Family members have used his services on several occasions. He is also personable. My father lived to be a little over 100 years old. They were fond memories. I highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for the services this law firm provides.

				I just had the worst experience in my life dealing with Mr. Moye receptionist. It’s like she doesn’t like black people or something. I’m the nicest guy on earth and I felt so discriminated against. It’s not Mr. Jim it’s the lady the front desk that makes it hard for people.
