My met with Mr. Poole once regarding a property dispute involving our neighbor’s fence, which is encroaching on our property. We sought his assistance to have the fence relocated and to help us recover the cost of an encroachment survey. We paid $300 for the initial consultation and $100 for a letter addressed to the neighbor.

Unfortunately, we did not receive any meaningful results from Mr. Poole’s services. Instead, we were billed for additional communications involving the neighbor’s attorney—who, to our concern, is a personal friend of Mr. Poole. This situation has caused us great disappointment, as we feel our issue was not handled in our best interest.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend Mr. Poole’s legal services to others.

I met with Harrison Poole twice for consultation. First time was for advice and second was to move forward with legal action dealing with my HOA. He made it sound like i had a case and was willing to take me on. I waiting after the second meeting to see what the HOA was going to do; naturally, HOAs do not move fast. I told Mr. Poole i was ready to move forward and he has since ghosted me. Stopped answering my emails and seems disinterested. In the end i feel he wasted my time

Harrison Poole is an outstanding Attorney and it was a pleasure working with him! Our experience was in the area of real estate.
He initially provided our LLC with expert help in counselling us on our building and land lease. He quickly pivoted, when an unforeseen opportunity developed, in assisting us with the sale of the LLC's building and land, again providing excellent counsel and handling all sale details. And finally, he assisted us in closing down our LLC. He handled everything, made all of this extremely easy for us, and in addition, his costs were very reasonable!
