Richard Wernette will not represent anyone going in front of Judge Wolfram. However his office (also knowing that) will still make you pay to make an appointment and jot inform you he doesn't go before wolfram. I paid my fee. Left him copies of my case (custody) Went to myappointment 3 days later. Sat there explaining everything while he took notes just to tell me 40 minutes later he doesn't go before Wolfram. He and hi office had ample chances to inform me of that before wasting my time and his for zero reason. Extremely frustrating and highly unprofessional.
