				When my mom passed away I found this company and they helped my dad with probate for her. Then unfortunately my dad passed away 10 months later so I of course used them to help with the probate process for me. It was a little bit of a process but not at any fault of theirs. If it wasn't for them I would not have even known where to start or finish this process. I appreciate it when communication is constant and this company is wonderful. I am officially done with the probate and now I feel great knowing everything was done legally and correctly. Pricing was extremely fair as well. Thank you team!

				Worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a lawyer. His office is incredibly disorganized and inefficient. When you bring this up to Andrew, the owner and lawyer and bring receipts of the disorganization and lack of communication he tries to call you a liar. Once he finally spoke with his office staff and realized I wasn’t lying. He just said that they will do a better job going forward and did not offer any sort of apology for claiming I was lying or how badly his office handled my case. Nobody likes to be told they’re wrong but when your job is customer service, you should do a better job. I would recommend using anybody other than tonic law.

				I was on the phone with Andy Ponnock for less than 5 minutes. Not much of a greeting...just straight into questions. He yelled at me when I didn't know the answers to his questions off the top of my head. I was on a walk with my kids when he called. He was rude and his people skills are non existent. Just because you offer discount services doesn't give you the right to treat people badly.
