I highly recommend them, my dad's estate ended up being a complicated one with me having to take over being representative half way though. Even so they made that switch as easy as possible and everything went smooth from there and, as far as I understand the process, fast as well. If you like digital handling of things they make that process smooth and easy. I understand from the previous representative, who hates digital stuff, they prefer to do things digitally but will do old fashion mail in stuff as well. In a tine when I was lost and had no idea what I was doing they explained things in a step by step fashion so I didn't have to feel overwhelmed just do this step and when that's done they give you another step. I hope I never need to use this company again but if I do I will choose them again.

They were absolutely amazing to work with and were SO SUPPORTIVE and patient with me throughout a lengthy probate and complex process that I had to manage from several states away as I am not a Florida resident and am much too far to drive for all the paperwork. They were quick to communicate yet patient with the fact that in order to complete paperwork, I had to communicate with and get signatures from extended family who are scattered throughout the country. They always answered all my questions carefully, and their fees were very fair. I would absolutely use them again if I had to!
