My situation was more complex in that being the half brother of the decedent who had no will, I was unable to obtain his father’s death certificate. Ponnock law being an expert in probate was able to secure Summary Administration on my behalf half through the filing of sworn affidavits which the court accepted. It was a process that took several months.
