I can not speak highly enough about attorney, Mr. Whitney Polson! I had some complicated legal issues and I first originally sent this firm a general inquiry through their website. Mr. Polson was very quick and responsive to my inquiry but due to my certain situation, my issue could not be resolved over email and Mr. Polson recommended me to come into his office to speak directly with him for a one on one, one hour confidential consultation. I gladly accepted his offer and made an appointment with his secretary, Jennifer who was very polite and responsive. Upon me meeting Mr. Polson in person, I could immediately tell that I was in “good hands” and Mr. Polson was very attentive to detail as I had a complicated situation. He took the time to listen to me and my concerns and gave me some pretty sound, straightforward advice! No wonder he has such a good, solid reputation which is why I chose him in particular. He answered all of my questions and concerns with the upmost professionalism and it was really nice being able to meet with him in person! He reassured me on my concerns and when I left from the there, I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted off of my shoulders! Mr. Polson also provided me with several of his business cards and told me that should the specific situation ever arise that we discussed, to give him a call immediately and he would take care of the situation! I can not explain how comforting he made me feel and although I did have to pay for an hour of his time, it was the absolute best money I have EVER spent and he will most definitely be my “go to” guy should a specific situation ever occur! I hired Whitney Polson to help me handle some old charges from 2018 that unfortunately also had some FTAs that occurred during the pandemic. I was SO anxious and scared to face these charges but I knew it had to be done and I also knew I needed help to navigate this if I wanted a good outcome. I had 7 total charges to face, one being a felony, all with FTAs, and my outcome was 6 charges dismissed and I pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor FTA and was given a very reasonable fine.

I could not be happier with this outcome. I know lawyers seem expensive but trust me when I say you would end up spending just as much if you had a public defender and end up with 2 years probation + court costs which is a typical outcome with a public defender.

Mr. Polson’s office is super nice and willing to work with you on payment plans. Every dime I spent was well worth it and I genuinely am ecstatic and so relieved to finally be done with this.

Mistakes and bad choices do not have to destroy your life! I encourage any of you dealing with legal trouble in the Birmingham area to give POLSON & Polson a call and just talk with him and get an estimate of the cost. Tell him your financial situation and see what kind of payment options he offers. I never felt judged or embarrassed and neither should you!
