Dropped the ball on a family members judgement when the defendant went to bankruptcy court. Their reasoning? The attorney handling her case claimed she didn't want to pursue it through bankruptcy before he left. No one from the firm followed up with her after she had paid then nearly 40 grand to do next to nothing for her in civil court.

I highly suggest looking elsewhere. Here you will be over charged and get absolutely zero positive results in your favor.

I noticed this law firm responded, and rather quickly. If only they showed the same enthusiasm to their own clients as they do reviews. I'll happily leave screenshots in their business page, and email communication where Mr.Podlaski himself admits communication failure, and hired an outside firm to try and "make it right". Unfortunately that outside firm said she was out of luck, it had already been discharged. I would recommend anyone in this same scenario, which appears to be a lot of people, to hire a malpractice attorney and sue this attorneys insurance "if" they have any.

It is deeply concerning that Podlaski LLP has chosen to respond with outright falsehoods in an attempt to cover their tracks rather than addressing the legitimate grievances raised. Their claim that I (or my family member) was never a client is a blatant misrepresentation of the facts, as I have documented evidence of engagement, communication, and payment for services rendered—services that ultimately resulted in failure due to their admitted negligence.

Furthermore, their response is nothing more than a carefully crafted attempt to salvage their reputation, rather than acknowledging the gross mishandling of a case that directly resulted in financial loss and justice being denied. The notion that this firm "relentlessly pursues" judgments is laughable in the face of their documented failure to act when it mattered most.

Instead of accepting responsibility, Podlaski LLP has chosen to gaslight dissatisfied clients and dismiss valid criticisms as "unsubstantiated." If they truly operated with the level of diligence they claim, there would be no need for this conversation in the first place.

I stand by my review, and I encourage anyone considering this firm to think twice before trusting them with any legal matters. When faced with accountability, they resort to denial and deflection rather than professionalism and integrity.
