Outstanding Professionalism and Genuine Help After calling multiple law firms that either rejected my case or didn’t even bother to offer any guidance, I finally reached out to this firm. Even though they couldn’t take my case, they still took the time to explain my options and gave me valuable advice on how I could proceed with my lawsuit on my own. Alittle frustrated as the intake person was not listening as if he had a piece of paper with 10 questions . Had to repeat myself 5 different ways as if talking to a child to get my point across. At that I just gave up. Shame he costed a claim which perhaps attorneys are competent but will never know

Rather shoddy service. I was rear ended in a 4 vehicle accident and went to them for help. Felt like they stopped caring as soon as I signed. From there it was a year of frustration and teeth pulling to get things across the finish line. It took them three months to figure out my injury claim and damage claim against the responsible party's insurance were being handled by two different people.

I've worked with Jim and he's quite knowledgeable. I also like that he is himself a cyclist and supports safer streets.
