Absolutely horrendous. I can't point fingers at every person in this office because it would be unfair, but this is about Don.

From the get go, I spoke with an attorney that seemed eager and ready to take on my case at this office and somehow, by some horrible turn of misfortune, my case was passed to Don. During consultation, Don seemed completely disinterested and when I brought him more documentation, I was told "I'm the attorney, not you." Great start and a foreshadowing of things to come...

Just a fun little added bonus was the string of butt-dialed calls I got from the secretary while she was at a bar one evening. Super professional. I wish I was joking.

Back to Don. At the court date, Don showed up unenthusiastic and unprepared. He mostly sat in silence or fumbled through what little paperwork he did bring to court that day while being outclassed in every way by the opposing NOVICE attorney. He said maybe five words during the entire case and wanted to fold and settle without me or him interjecting once. Needless to say, we lost that case. However, I did hire a different law firm at a later date and won with the same documents that were presented to Don...

And before someone from the office gets on here and says he was prepared or tries to say these claims are false, read the reviews around the internet about Don personally. He's rude and unprepared. Maybe he was a good lawyer like 50 years ago, but those days are long gone. Hopefully he's since exited the business.

DO NOT hire from this firm. Do your research and look elsewhere, the communication they have is virtually little to none, all they care is that you make that payment to them, until then they do very little to talk to you or work alongside you. Mike was my lawyer and after pushing my court date 3 times, he failed to show up on my last court date and did not even notify me about the plea deal that was offered, which he knew about for weeks. Someone random who I have never met showed up claiming he was stepping in for my attorney, Mike. This guy asked me "I assume Mike went over the plea deal with you?" which was my first time hearing about this on my final court date. Now that everything is said and done I still have not heard from my attorney Mike. At the same time I tried asking him to represent me in a separate case about a month into hiring him, he responded to me telling me he could not talk and would get back to me on Monday, an entire week from when I asked; not to my surprise, he never got back to me despite a second attempt at calling him and going to voicemail. The communication in this firm and their desire to actually help you in nonexistent, you are better off with a public defender damn near, this firm and its people are a joke and nothing but a cash grab for these "attorneys".

Ed Mckibbin and Emily Krueger were absolutely wonderful to work with. We had a unique divorce and custody case, and Ed was up front and open the entire time about what to expect, and potential outcomes. When in front of the judge, he was able to get the case handled even faster than any of us expected. Even though we were probably not the biggest or exciting case, we appreciate that we were always treated with respect and as a priority. Emily answered every single one of our concerns within a business day, in detail, no matter how silly the question. I would give them a 6 if I could- Ed and Emily truly made a situation that could have been drug out and tedious an absolute breeze. Definitely recommend.
