Wayyyy over priced! This women is old and should retire! She is AWFUL at her job. She had me be responsible for printing and gathering and getting all evidence to her. Which she then met w me THE DAY BEFORE TRIAL to go over and she hadn’t even read or looked at half of it. Always unprepared. Always gets facts wrong. Speaks a big game and then when pus comes to shove, backpedals out. She’s lazy, sneaky, rude, entitled, and won’t even acknowledge when she is at fault. She’s never in town, always traveling. Won’t talk to you for weeks and then out of nowhere text or call you panicked and pissed that you haven’t done anything. DO NOT HIRE HER! You will lose. Ask me how I know. I have proof of this as well.

Maureen is very direct & to the point. Her communication /response time is reasonable considering she’s a busy lawyer with a fully booked schedule. Even when she’s out of town or away she still always got back to me. She is expensive but it paid off! She got me sole custody of my two children. Her knowledge & fierceness in the courtroom is what I needed with who I was up against. She reassured me from day one that I wasn’t going to lose, despite my fear& anxiety, & in the end she got me almost exactly what I wanted. Custody battles are the worst… just bc it’s your children’s future on the line. My battle took almost 2 years & it was strictly custody. HowevEr, it wasn’t prolonged by Maureen or myself..it was my ex not showing & his lawyer not showing for court appearances. Maureen did not miss a single appearance & never double booked herself. She is on point & I would recommend her to anyone who is about to enter the scary phase of a custody battle. She actually represented both my older sisters as well. So almost like a family used/trusted lawyer. Thank you Maureen for fighting for my kids & reassuring me along the way.
