				DO NOT work with this company. They don't do diligent work. They failed to cross-reference the list of employee email addresses notified of my startup Rivos's acquisition by Meta vs. the ones notified of payment for the acquisition so it wasn't until I followed up months later I found out. They had emailed me after the acquisition so they had my email address on file, but didn't provide it to the paying agent. They never apologized for their mistake and made no effort to help me. They just acted like lawyers do.
