Mr. McCrea was great with all the details and flexible to work with us. He was very detail oriented and provided great guidance throughout the process.I will seek his services if I ever need legal services again.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by the Phillips and McCrea office. Communication is consistently poor, and it is nearly impossible to speak with anyone directly when assistance is needed. Even for basic requests such as a password reset, I am repeatedly informed that no one is available and that the issue will be marked as urgent, yet there is little to no follow-up afterward.

These delays create unnecessary frustration and disrupt workflow, especially when the request is time sensitive. Being told repeatedly that an issue is urgent without any timely resolution has become exhausting and unacceptable. The lack of responsiveness and accountability has significantly impacted my experience, and at this point, I am very dissatisfied with how matters are being handled by this firm.

They never stayed in touch with me, and the online portal wouldn't work. I could never reach them, and neither could Social Security so they began mailing letters to them and me ... Alm they did was email me to tell me to check my mail ... I had to do all the legwork and answer all the questions..... The person handling my account resigned and no one told me ... I kept not getting answers and was switching lawyers when I got approved with only one month of back pay from disability.... They did a horrible job.... They didn't fight for me.... I was approved with the onset date my birthday, I just turned 50 ... I called after I was approved asking them to reliquish their claim on my fees. The guy I was talking to said he was sorry, he saw they did nothing, said he'd get it straightened out and call back. No call back.... They still took the fee even though they did nothing.. when I called again I was answered by some call center... Horrible .
