My parents went to this office to have a simple will prepared, and the experience was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, they felt talked down to and treated as if their wishes didn’t matter. The attorney’s attitude shifted noticeably after learning they live in a mobile home, and the tone became condescending rather than helpful.

The will they received did not reflect what they asked for. When my mother questioned the errors, she was told, “Well, you normally don’t die together,” and that the surviving spouse would need to redo the will anyway. Instead of receiving guidance, they felt dismissed and pressured to accept something they didn’t want.

They paid $600 and left feeling disrespected, unheard, and taken advantage of. Estate planning is stressful enough without being made to feel small or unimportant. This experience fell far below what any family should expect from a professional legal service.
