Where do I start. Just as bad as morgan and morgan. We switched to PH&L because we had a horrible experience with M&M and we're referred to PH&L for their expediency on auto accident cases and their communication. We told them when we interviewed them we DIDN'T want a M&M attorney and they paired my wife, daughter and wife's grandmother with an attorney in their office that spent 20+ years with M&M. Adam does not communicate, his paralegal does not communicate and frankly my wife believes he isn't doing anything on her case. My wife's grandmother verbally accepted the insurance offer with Adam and he never had the papers sent over for her to sign and that was months ago. Now my wife's grandmother is being told they are trying to get her more money even though she accepted the offer. We think Adam dropped the ball and now that offer is no longer on the table. It has almost been 2 years and all we get are excuses or crickets. I've even emailed one of the big 3, you know the names on the law firm and got zero response. Personally I would say stay far away from this law firm. We have emailed twice now asking for a different attorney within the firm amd got zero response. Its like because my wife's case isn't a multi-million dollar lawsuit they dont care how they treat their clients. We are on the verge of changing attorney's again. Let me paint a picture for you. During my wife's deposition she was a nervous wreck, having to recount the details of her accident once again, essentially reliving that terror. She was hyperventilating, in tears and her own attorney didn't do a damn thing. Didn't ask for a recess, didn't ask if she was OK. NO, instead the insurances attorney noticed it and calmed her down, gave her a break to compose herself and made her feel better. Adam barely coached my wife and daughter on what to expect during a deposition, even though we told him they had never been through one before, I think he spent maybe 20 min over the phone "coaching" them through what to expect during a deposition. Stay away from this firm. My wife and daughter just want this settled so they can finally move on but since we get no communication we have no idea whats happening.

I couldn’t recommend this firm enough. Not only did they settle our case quickly, they recovered more than we could have expected. We were so impressed with their consistent and transparent communication every step of the way!
