My husband and I wanted to have a plan for our daughter when we are no longer here. I had some knowledge about how to do that, but there were special circumstances involved that I felt I needed guidance with. This weighed heavily on me for a very long time. He knew what I was worried about. He patiently explained questions my husband had and made certain his answers were clear and understood by my husband. The process was painless. I came away feeling much of what had been worrying me was now gone. The weight had been lifted. I should have done it years ago and I wouldn’t have had so many sleepless nights! I made the right choice! I wish I could give this firm more stars!

I contacted this firm in March 2026 about a wage theft claim. Over four months I provided everything requested: an intake summary, my signed employment agreement, the opposing party's cease-and-desist correspondence, entity locations for all defendants, and written answers to every follow-up question.

On May 21 I was told to expect attorney feedback "next week." It never came. My June 8 follow-up went unanswered, as did the ones after it. I was never told yes and never told no.

I also want to note how I was spoken to. On multiple phone calls, the staff member handling my intake told me she could not understand me. I have worked in this country as a BI manager leading a team of four. No colleague, client, or manager has ever said that to me — not once. It was said to me repeatedly here by the person deciding whether my file moved forward.

Declining a case is a firm's right. Four months of silence, and being told repeatedly that you cannot be understood, is a choice about how you treat people who come to you for help.

If you are an immigrant worker with a wage claim, I would go elsewhere.
