This is the worst representation from an attorney never return calls. His secretary is is rude and I feel she never gives the right information. I called twice a week never got phone calls. Returned from him. Spoke with Christina his paralegal as she’s just as bad never met Gillette in person. The only time we spoke to him was when we contacted him to represent us and that was a big mistake. All he did was take our money never according to the other parties attorney never submitted any thing regarding our case never called – not once our case dragged on for over a year. This is the worst attorney ever do not consider him to represent you if you are handicap his office is upstairs and hard to get into. Doesn’t have an elevator.

Does not appear in court for trial. The trials keeps getting pushed because he does not show nor does he speak with the client.

I 100 percent agree with a review on here about philup his gillet by Jay c. this guy is a pos that needs court refferals he takes through the IDP program for cases for which he isn't even qualified or competent enough to handle. I will say that it may be partly the courts fault as he was contracted as an independant contractor and the court say what they will pay for. however, the most important job for a lawyer is to look out for the clients best interest and be loyal. in my case he played some lame game with emails saying i had to confirm i was really me in some pathetic attempt to look like he was professional which was actually his way of avoiding me the entire time prior to court. i was going to court for a probation violation for a case i was not guilty of and legally probation has no authority over me and neither does the court in that case. i knew that the next time i went to court i would suffer additional extraordinary undue injury as i would be sent to jail. i asked, pleaded and told gillet this and told him i needed to go over my case with him before court or that would happen. he gave me the only option of meeting him at court to go over the case. I dont know if he is just a moron or a dirt bag and a moron because he had no concern about what happened with me and was only there to pick up a check without doing anything. i didnt go to court so i wouldnt go to jail again and lose everything again and a judgement was handed down against me to to serve 6 months in jail. he went into court claiming to represent me and just gave the court what they wanted, im sure told the judge "i told him to come to court today and hes not here so go ahead your honor and cut me my check so i can pay my rent for the shared office he probably sleeps in because it comes up on a couple websites as advocates without any names and a number that goes straight to voicemail. he is listed at the address on this site and when you look his name up but whywouldnt the unit number or letter be included. theres more than one unit in that building. why would a bankruptcy lawyer or a ticket sucker agree to take a criminal case like mine, especially a complex one dealing with misconduct by every kern county entity involved when its not his experiance and membership to the IDP program requires he be a certified specialist by the state bar for the area he intends to practice in that program or significant practice in that area of practice? now ive been studying law on my own for years with my ptsd being triggered every time only to find out that it looks like even proof of innocense and proof of kern county's police to conspire to defraud the state wont even let justice prevail as once a judgement is given you only have a certain amount of time and be qualified to know what to do and be able to mentally handle it. unless maybe you didnt have a lawyer then you might have a chance to be heard. well because of gillet claiming he was my lawyer even though i never met the guy in my life and my only option to meet him or go over my case would have been minutes before i would have been sent to jail, I d rather never meet him and i think anyone considering it should take a plea incompetent to stand trial, because having him as your attorney of record would be one of the dumbest things you ever did. to his credit even though he conspired with the court to commit fraud, i wasnt a paying customer personally, so i can only speak of his moral turpitude. and andrew keligian is the lawyer why im in this mess in the first place. he did me just as dirty as the rest of the criminals that work for kern county
