I would not trust this attorney. Lied, dishonest, unethical, and Tina T. Pham can’t speak English so I don’t know how she can be a lawyer and speak in court. I don’t know if the court allowed interpreter for attorney. Never provided a response but told court they did. They serve by regular mail but without proof of delivery. Late filing to lock in their strategy, less than 5 court days. Create work out of thin air then contacted opposing attorney by exchanging lengthy emails and phone calls to rack up bills...not even related to the case's bottom line. They use standard court's forms for filling, responses etc....anyone can do that. Save yourself some money and avoid this dishonest and money pit of a business. I am disgusted with this attorney and the people here. Sydney Nguyen is another clueless attorney that I had to deal with at this practice. It’s appalling and they should be reported to the bar to shut them down. In fact I will do just that and file a complaint with the California State Bar. Don’t believe some of the positive reviews here. Go to yelp and see the reviews there and you be horrified.
