He will wait until the DA offers something like diversion or a plea bargain and that's what you will get from Justin Petersen. He will not negotiate or take one minute of his time to try to get you a better deal. He lacks ethics and is tied into the Judges in Superior Court. He does whatever they tell him to do without any regard for the effect it will have on his client. . He’s vindictive, punishing and mean. I am an innocent person who ended up being charged with crimes I did not commit. What Justin said to me was, "you committed the crime, now all thats left is to determine the punishment". Justin Petersen is a Prosecutor wearing Defense Attorney Clothes...Run for your life as far as you can ...and do not hire this Attorney under any circumstances..practicing criminal Defense.
