A couple of years ago I had an issue with the partial ownership of gas wells in Mingo County, WVA. I live in west Tennessee so had no idea of an attorney in that area who might help me. After an Internet search I contacted Mo Persinger, and after a telephone interview, retained him to change the entity under which the ownership of those well shares was recorded.
He thoroughly knows his business and after a short period of time had my problem solved. Throughout this process either he or his assistant, Robin, kept me thoroughly informed.
