Hannah Tothe and Pence Law Firm have been an absolute blessing to me and my family. Hannah did not just handle my case. She stood beside us through every stressful moment. She treated me with respect, talked to me like a real person, and made sure I always understood what was happening.

What meant the most was how she fought for my child like he was her own. Hannah made sure I knew that I was not carrying the weight of my case alone. She brought hope and steadiness at a time when I truly needed it.

In court she is confident and composed, and outside of court she is the kind of person who checks on how you are holding up, not just how the case is going.

I would be remiss not to express my deep disappointment in how I’ve been treated, in my dealings with attorney Anna Adkins. At times, I felt more like a burden than a client, and that sense of dismissal only compounded the stress of an already difficult situation. I came into this process hoping for advocacy and support. Instead, I was often left feeling unheard, unimportant, and emotionally sidelined.

Professionalism includes not only legal expertise, but also the ability to communicate with empathy and respect. Unfortunately, that has not consistently been my experience. I expected representation rooted in a genuine effort to understand my story and protect my interests - what I received often felt like indifference.

I sincerely hope that future clients are treated with more care, respect, and attentiveness than I was. Everyone facing a legal battle deserves to feel that their voice matters and that their advocate truly stands beside them.
