This review is for the San Fran/CA office that I kept calling and never ever returned ANY of my phone calls at all.. I believe that they have two offices, in which one of these are in San Francisco CA as I was able to find on their own website.. IN FACT that is VERY POOR communications, actually disturbing while ignoring any of my calls, refusal to even state that they are not interested into anything which I would not mind so that I know I can look somewhere else, vs disregard of all my calls in order to find out if they are interested into my case or not. Just pure unprofessionalism and shady behavior that suggest an hard to deal with law firm place, all in my opinion. It would have been a lot easier to have the decency and respect to call me back after numerous attempts to get a response, let alone that they advertise “Free Consultation”, “No win No fees”, etc, and say, look we are not handling your case or that is not our field of expertise, etc again, therefore thanks for choosing our law firm, etc, once again, bottom line.. But instead nothing. Pure silence, which showed how much professionals they are, while ignoring potential customers, disturbing for anyone at this preliminary stage of any law firm or Attorney interactions that truly mater since the “First” impression matters too also in my opinion too. I am personally VERY disappointed and I decided to call back totally since I actually interact with deaf “ears”, as I realized at this point in time, also in my opinion..
