Disappointed I guess mostly, I had a call with an attorney in early March and that first call went well, we agreed for me to drop off some information re: a tenant not paying rent and utilities. I dropped off the info, waited a few weeks and called asking for an update. I was never able to speak to the attorney again, I called eight different times over two months asking for an update or some communication back, and nothing. On one of the occasions I called in I actually heard the person say in the background that she wasn't available to the secretary I was speaking to. Not sure what the issue was but I was totally disregarded without one sliver of an explanation or correspondence after that first initial call. I expressed I had money to pay for their services and was willing to do whatever they said as far as how to proceed with the case, but heard absolutely zero back. I would say don't use this firm or if you do get an ETA from whomever you speak with as to when they will be getting back to you or setup scheduled appointments with them ahead of time.

Promptly responded and quoted. I did however choose a different option. Probably would use in the future.
