We booked a consult with the immigration attorney over the phone for 10:30am on a Wednesday. We arrived early and no one was at the reception desk. A couple people walking by asked who we were there to see, then shrugged and halfheartedly tried to find her, simply stating that she wasn't in her office. When someone finally came to the reception desk, they all but ignored us and we had to walk up ourselves and get their attention. By this point it was about 10:45. We finally learned the attorney was in another meeting and it was "going late". When she finally finished that meeting at around 10:50, she spent the next ten minutes half-ignoring us and half-apologizing, rushing around to gather files and complete various tasks in the back. We finally started our consult at 11:00, which was halfway through the hour we had been allotted. I asked to be charged a half fee since we only got half of a consultation, but she forgot and we were still charged the full $200 fee. It was wildly unprofessional and made me mistrustful of any future dealings with this lawyer or the office in general. I would not recommend taking them on to handle your legal matters.
