Just wanted to toot the horn on Sarah Cho.. We had a old conviction that we wanted to have vacated if possible. We were lucky enough to first have Sarah actually return a voice message. This was one of four messages left with different attorneys and she was the only one to reach out. Sarah review our case and felt we had a good chance to vacate . She estimated maybe 3-4 months . Had the file ready to submit the next week and submitted it. Almost 30 days later Sarah emailed to say she got the case vacated. She also ran a background check with the state to make sure WSP reflected a vacated charge, I felt her fee was very fair and never rushed any contacts we had with her.
