I have known Mr. Pena for 25+ years. I reached out to Rey in 2024 about a case in which I was the defendant. It was out of his wheelhouse, I was going to just take a summary judgement and be done, and I had some legal questions. Rey said "ABSOLUTELY NOT Josh, I’ll take the case", so I retained him on my Business Contract/Breach of Contract case. He immediately filed a counter complaint vs the “Plaintiff”. Rey & Anna immediately jumped in, filed a motion for a venue transfer to DFW, WHICH HE WON!!
Which takes us to this week where he won.
