They are scammers. They were on the news in bakersfield for being ambulance chasers. Unprofessional and don't know what they're doing. Especially Jean Pierre

I was happy with the way they treated me. From the front desk ladies to the managers. I would recommend them to friends and family; definitely grateful and satisfied.

The experience of dealing with this law firm was more stressful than actually going through the accident. If you want to get in touch with them - good luck. I started sending emails for my own record due to the lack of trust I had for them. Got in an accident 1 1/2 months ago and I still don’t have my car fixed. Incompetent is an understatement… I was in a 0% fault accident with full coverage insurance yet their first thought when it came to fixing my car and defendant’s coverage being in question was to wait weeks on end to figure that out vs have my insurance start repairs and then settle with defendant’s insurance afterward for recovery. I would have better handled this on my own. My case got thrown out and the day they dropped me as a client was the biggest sigh of relief to no longer have to deal with them. They hardly acknowledge you when you’re a client and even less so once you’re not and just requesting appropriate documentation of phone conversations. Go anywhere else and please read what you’re signing! Responding to Law Firm’s response. I WISH I could say I am lying about being a client… maybe then I wouldn’t be suffering from an adjustment your contracted chiropractor did which is potentially the cause of my continuous neck pain. I have not felt my neck the same ever since that adjustment months ago. My neck was already feeling better post accident until that adjustment. There will be no further investigation bc the issue is with the firm as a whole. I will no longer be engaging.

Worst law firm i have a accident claim me and my daughter and I cant get ahold of anyone I always have to leave a message and then call them. Nothing is getting done I dont recommend going with them. I'm very unhappy and upset with their service. I feel they are dragging things out to make more money for themselves instead of help us.
