Payne Law delivered an outstanding experience while helping me resolve a challenging homeowners insurance dispute. My insurance company initially denied my roof replacement claim, but Attorney Cory Justus stepped in and successfully negotiated a settlement covering about 64% of the replacement cost. Given the contractual limitations, this was a strong outcome, and I am very, very satisfied with the result.

I also want to especially recognize Christine Hanes, who was my primary point of contact throughout the entire process. Christine kept me informed at every stage, answered every question I had (and I had many), and called me multiple times just to ensure I understood what was happening. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine commitment made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
