Mr. Payne truly wants to help the people in calhoun county!...
He did the best job possible, under the law written in the state of Alabama.......
As it stands, their should be laws made to strengthen some, and to change Lax Laws that are in place now. Create new laws that actually work for the people!
The calhoun county sheriff should have more training and recognize the difference between the calls for help!. ie: criminal, or other.

The court system will always use the LEAST RESTRICTIVE route possible, no matter how many times you tell the court, this will not work, please consider more!.. we need to change these laws. We need Laws that will truly help the people in calhoun county, but, as it stands now, the law allows for very limited help, and this is all we have😥.
