She is only a paper-pusher! Assigned by the State. She didn't contact me or notify me of anything, so the judge found me guilty! I now have a warrant for failure to appear - they sealed the records from me so I don't know the original charges! I wasn't arrested or charged with anything. This apparently happened some time ago. I contacted her because I need to turn myself in. She said for her the case was closed!! Per Kathy, they thought the case was dismissed. Kathy is pleasant but Paula needs to find another line of work.
I'm sure the state has already paid her. A court hearing without representation or notification! Sealed records. In America!
She obviously was a no show because she certainly didn't represent me! I've never met her. My losses are huge!
