This review is specifically referencing Mary (Paralegal) Today I called asking for an update on my case! Unfortunately, I was transferred to Mary! Drastic mistake!! I made a simple statement advising I was calling to obtain an update. Immediately she began to attack stating they are working on lots of cases and referenced I jjust spoke with them in March as to suggest I was bothering her asking for an update on my case! She was rude, loud, condescending and continued talking over me until I demanded that she stop! She is a very nasty individual and sucks at what she does! Never once has anyone at this law firm ever spoke to me or treated me the way that she did today! Never! She clearly could care less about me or my case! I’m convinced she’s been pulled from the alley and thrown into her position because she has no class, no respect and lacks professionalism in every way! Mary must be reminded that this is not her company! She is an employee hired to do a job! Customer service should be her number one priority! Mary you should be ashamed!! Embarrassed! To all other employees that have previously communicated with me thank you kindly for your smiles through the phone, your pleasant emails and your great customer service!! Mary has certainly put a bad taste in my mouth! Hurry up and be done with my case so that I can be done with this firm!
