If I could leave 0 Stars, I would! The goal of having an attorney was to get my traffic ticket dismissed as the officer must have tagged a passing SUV and not me. I was in a healthcare company wrapped vehicle with a GPS Speed Governor! The officer wasn't forthcoming with why he pulled me, had no video to prove or disprove pulling me over. And I will admit I was rude in return under the circumstances knowing what the consequences would be for me with my employer. Mr Beers moved the initial court date to suit his own conflict. But when I had mandatory training out of town for my new job in conflict with the date, and let him know 3 weeks in advance, the request was acknowledged but not made! Court happened as planned, unbeknownst to me, and I found out 5 days later when his secretary emailed me! Mr Beers was calling my old work number and some other number I've never heard of before, but didn't call my personal cell nor email me in the days leading up to court (yet we'd emailed prior). We had never discussed the traffic ticket so he didn't know MY SIDE of the story, yet he went to court without me and "represented me." Which means he got the judge to OK driver imrovoment class, which is something I could have gotten without an attorney! Now I have to spend 8 hours of time on class plus spend money on both class and court fees! Seems planned, if you ask me. This isn't how an attorney is supposed to represent a client! I felt seen as guilty by him, and let down by holding court in my absence where I wasn't there to explain or defend, but the court made money off of me. Weeks later, I'm so angry I can't see straight when I think about this abomination of a representation!
