Allowing a man to walk out of a courtroom after stating he was suicidal, and wanted to turn the court room into a blood bath to prevent witnesses from showing up makes 0 sense. It doesn’t take a college degree, attorneys license to know that 2 years without contact with a parent is detrimental. Accepting a report that is based off false statements, hearsay, and alleged witnesses who were never present is a cause for concern. Allowing individuals on 2 separate occasions to enter the court house to intimidate, in addition to the above mentioned is beyond alarming and borderline criminal. If a man is going to get upset over a mother sending her child flowers in Mother’s Day that should tell you everything you need to know. If a card attached with the flowers results in a conversation outside of court between attorneys, that is also a problem. Mark Ziccarelli was not present or had any legal representation in my case for this conversation regarding the card this was had between Karen Lee and the opposing parties attorney. This conversation was brought to my attention, in a zoom hearing weeks later. If an approved supervisor states under oath and it’s recorded on audio that a little girl is being told from her father that her mother doesn’t want to see her and the mother is revoked from informing her daughter that’s not true, and the court intentionally, knowingly, continuously allows a man to psychologically abuse a child, that tells me some individuals do not belong in a position of power. It’s almost provoking, at very least, sickening, sadistic and criminal. She has intentionally drug out a custody case for 2 years, abused laws for supervised visits at the expense of a child’s psychological well being. She gave me legal advice and tried to tell me to sign a proposal from the opposing party, and an NDA. Allegedly, the courts will not take into consideration opposing parties income without signing their NDA that prevents them from going to the news. Withholding children’s medical records, condoning drugging children, ignoring physical child abuse, threats, and winking in the court room. I was forced to sign a judgement entry otherwise I wouldn’t see my child if I didn’t sign it. That ultimatum was written in plain English. She has also allowed a man to have surveillance in his daughters bedroom who is a minor. The fact she believes mothers can be replaced is threatening and a concern. She made a comment regarding Michael Pircio who said he was suicidal, “Be careful what you wish for” It almost seems like she has knowledge of something that could be conspiring, foretelling when you take all the other actions in this case into account. If you’re in a place of power and you’re going to intentionally cause and continue to force a child to endure intentional psychological, emotional and physical abuse it’s time for you to retire.
